A father and son duo from Brazil, who were once identified as mother and daughter, have transitioned together and now live as father and son. The pair, Raphael, 38, and Gustavo, 10, both assigned female at birth, have been documenting their transition journey on Instagram for their over 24,000 followers. Their transitions were made possible by changes in public health care in Brazil,
allowing them to access free medical treatments in São Paulo.Gustavo began transitioning as early as 4 years old, while Raphael started his own transition last year.
