Newly Released: The Latest Medical Exam Results for Donald Trump

White House Releases President Trump’s Latest Medical Report: A Comprehensive Analysis

The White House has published the results of President Donald Trump’s most recent medical examination, offering a detailed look at his overall health. According to officials, the findings confirm that he “remains in excellent health.” The report—released by White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and signed off by White House physician Captain Sean Barbabella—provides insights into the various tests and evaluations conducted during the examination, summarizing the president’s physical and neurological status as well as comparing these results with those of previous assessments.

A Detailed Overview of the Medical Examination

Conducted at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the latest exam took place last Friday as part of the routine medical monitoring of the nation’s 78-year-old president. This visit served as a follow-up to a check conducted in 2023, during which only limited data was released. The current, more detailed report includes comparisons to previous records and a comprehensive analysis of several key health indicators.

Captain Sean Barbabella, the White House physician responsible for the care of the president, summarized the results in a formal statement. In his report, he highlighted that the president’s “active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being.” This assertion is supported by additional evidence indicating that regular engagement in public appearances and meetings plays a positive role in maintaining both cognitive and physical health. Barbabella further noted that frequent participation in golf events and other physical activities is among the contributing factors to the president’s robust condition.

Key Findings and Measurements

One of the crucial aspects of the examination was the detailed comparison of current measurements to those reported in previous evaluations. For example, President Trump’s weight has decreased from 244 pounds—recorded during his last annual physical in June 2020—to a more recent measurement of 224 pounds. This reduction in weight is seen as a positive outcome by the medical team and is likely to have beneficial impacts on his overall cardiovascular health.

Blood pressure, a critical metric for any individual in high office, was also reevaluated. While his previous reading was 121/79, the latest exam recorded his blood pressure at 128 over 74. Both readings fall within acceptable ranges; however, the slight numerical differences are noted and will be monitored over subsequent evaluations. Importantly, the comprehensive nature of this examination includes an assessment of various systems to ensure that no significant abnormalities exist.

Neurological and Cognitive Evaluations

Another notable aspect of the report was the detailed neurological examination. This component of the physical assessment was designed to check for any deficits in cognitive function that could potentially impair the president’s capacity to perform the demanding duties of the presidency. The results of this examination were reassuring. The evaluation revealed no abnormalities in the president’s mental status, confirming that his cognitive abilities are fully intact. Such outcomes are particularly significant given the extensive public discourse that has often focused on the mental acuity of political leaders.

Captain Barbabella’s findings underline that the president exhibits “excellent cognitive and physical health.” These results are critical in establishing that he remains fully fit to execute the duties associated with the roles of Commander-in-Chief and Head of State—a conclusion that is central to upholding public confidence and ensuring the operational continuity of the presidency.

Addressing Past Medical Concerns

The report also touches upon aspects of President Trump’s medical history that continue to be relevant today. One point that received attention in the document is the reference to scarring on the right ear. This scar is the residual mark from a gunshot wound sustained during an assassination attempt in July 2024. While the scar is clearly visible, the report confirms that aside from this vestige of past injuries, no other “significant abnormalities” were detected that might impede the president’s health or ability to serve.

In addition, the examination included a colonoscopy, a preventive diagnostic procedure. The results of the colonoscopy revealed diverticulosis and a benign polyp. Such findings are not uncommon in individuals of advanced age and are typically managed with routine follow-up. The inclusion of these details in the report demonstrates the administration’s commitment to transparency and thoroughness by addressing all aspects of the president’s health—even those that involve more routine findings.
