\nJoe was an old-fashioned father, and wasn\u2019t exactly out there walking in Pride parades in his free time. One day at breakfast, his oldest daughter gathered up her courage and decided to come out of the closet.<\/p>\n
\u201cDad, I have to tell you something: I\u2019m a lesbian.\u201d<\/p>\n
The father put down his newspaper and looked at her. \u201cHmm\u2026 are you sure?\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cYes, Dad.\u201d<\/p>\n
The dad looked a little uneasy, but remained calm and said, \u201cOkay, well, no matter what, you\u2019re still my daughter.\u201d<\/p>\n
